To ensure the reliability of the seal, the surface of the piston rod should not be damaged. It is prohibited to apply paint and chemicals to the piston rod, and the gas spring should not be pre installed in positions that require welding, polishing, painting, or other processing to avoid affecting the service life of the gas spring.
The accurate installation position of the fulcrum is a guarantee for the normal operation of the stainless steel gas spring, that is, when the warehouse door is closed, the gas spring will generate a force on the warehouse door, otherwise the gas spring will automatically push the door open.
