1、 Determination of gas spring force value
Calculation of gas spring force value: The required small extension force F1 can be determined by formula F1=(GL)/bin × Calculate k.
In the formula: F1 small extension force, unit: N; G lifting force, in N; The distance from L gravity to the center of rotation, in millimeters; When the gas spring lever arm is extended, the force arm, in millimeters; Number of n gas springs; The k coefficient, usually k=1.1, can also be determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
2、 Installation and usage instructions for gas springs
  a. The gas spring is a high-pressure product, and it is strictly prohibited to dissect, fire bake, or smash it at will to avoid accidents.
  b. The gas spring piston rod should be installed downwards and not upside down, which can reduce friction and improve damping quality and buffering performance.
  c. Gas springs should not be subjected to tilting or lateral forces during operation, and should not be used as handrails to avoid product bending, deformation, and damage.
  d. To improve sealing, the surface of the piston rod must not be damaged, and it is strictly prohibited to apply paint and chemicals on the piston rod, otherwise it will affect its service life.
  e. General operating environment temperature: -30 ℃~+80 ℃. If there are special requirements for the operating temperature, it can be customized.
  f. The installation connection point should rotate flexibly and there should be no jamming phenomenon.
  g. The size selection should be reasonable, the force should be good, and there should be a certain margin for the piston rod stroke size.
